ADVISOR, MAINTENANCE EXCELLENCE

Advise and Support on Maintenance strategies, process, objectives, and implementation plans to move Dukhan Operations to a world-class performance level in terms of safety, reliability, production efficiency and unit costs.
المسؤوليات
- Advise on maintenance performance improvement transformation
- Lead the performance-benchmarking program
- Ensure development of supporting procedures and workflows
- Develop the performance measurement framework for maintenance execution
- Leads all activities of CMMS (SAP) team
- Assess current maintenance practices and determine effectiveness
المؤهلات
- University degree in relevant engineering discipline
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience, with at least 5 years in leadership positions
