Senior Growth Designer (Remote from Bulgaria)

We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Growth Designer to lead the visual design of high-impact digital experiences, with a primary focus on our marketing website. You will own end-to-end marketing site projects, influence design strategy, and explore innovative approaches to enhance brand storytelling.
المسؤوليات
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of the marketing website
- Design new landing pages and high-visibility digital assets
- Create responsive, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Audit and refine existing pages using data and feedback
- Collaborate with growth and marketing teams
المؤهلات
- Proficient in English (CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5)
- 5+ years of experience designing marketing websites or high-impact digital experiences
- Advanced proficiency in Figma
- Strong visual design skills (typography, color theory, layout)
- Understanding of web performance, responsive design, and accessibility
