Cloud Systems Engineer

المسؤوليات
- Manage and maintain Microsoft-based IT infrastructure including Entra ID, Intune, and Azure
- Design, implement, and maintain device configuration and compliance policies using Intune
- Administer and troubleshoot user access and identity management solutions
- Configure and maintain MFA, Conditional Access, and device trust policies
- Administer and support Windows-based operating systems
- Monitor system health and proactively apply patches and updates
- Oversee VDI operations to ensure optimal performance
- Optimize policy configurations across Microsoft and Google Workspace environments
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
المؤهلات
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a System Administrator or similar role, with focus on Microsoft cloud services
- Familiarity with VDI and cloud-based endpoint management
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and system administration tasks
- Experience with patch management, remote support, and system health monitoring
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Understanding of cloud security principles, endpoint protection, and identity governance
- Experience writing and managing Group Policies (GPO) and Intune Configuration Profiles
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Azure, and Windows 365
