Vitality Clubs is looking for a Club Manager in Riyadh. The Club Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the 'A Club That Makes You Happy!' promise by delivering high-quality experiences that reflect the brand identity. You will oversee daily operations, manage the team, ensure member satisfaction, and achieve performance goals.
المسؤوليات
- General supervision of club operations to ensure effectiveness in all departments
- Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures
- Supervise and develop the team (trainers, reception, cleaning)
- Prepare daily and weekly work schedules and distribute tasks
- Train new employees and integrate them into the work environment
- Monitor cleaning team performance to ensure facility hygiene
- Handle member complaints and suggestions professionally
- Oversee facility readiness, equipment maintenance, and stock management
