- Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Optimize resource allocation and decompose targets
- Establish a business KPI framework and generate analytical reports
- Conduct root cause analysis and propose actionable strategies
- Assess projects and provide financial insights for decision-making
- Identify risks like revenue inflation or delivery fraud and implement controls
- Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables
- Design data models and automation tools (e.g., BI dashboards)
- Lead initiatives like industry research and competitor analysis
