The Technical Office Director is responsible for leading all technical and engineering control functions for large-scale, high-risk infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures compliance with Saudi Codes and international standards.
المسؤوليات
- Lead and standardize Technical Office operations across projects
- Establish and enforce engineering procedures in compliance with Saudi authorities
- Act as senior technical authority for constructability reviews
- Supervise cost estimation and budgeting
- Review variations, change orders, and claims
- Manage coordination between designers and authorities
- Oversee submissions of shop drawings and technical submittals
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
- PMP / PMI-SP and Chartered Engineer (CEng) certification
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in infrastructure contracting
