BYD Store Sales Manager - Mall of the Emirates

As a Sales Manager for BYD, you will lead the retail floor, shape customer perception, and be accountable for results across flagship stores and pop-up locations. You will turn strategy into execution, managing teams of Product Specialists to deliver a premium, tech-led customer experience.

- Lead, coach, and hold Product Specialists accountable for performance
- Drive sales results through live coaching and performance management
- Own the end-to-end customer experience
- Manage daily retail and pop-up operations
- Partner with marketing, events, HR, and aftersales teams
- Track performance, customer feedback, and market insights
المؤهلات
- 8+ years’ experience in sales, ideally within mid-luxury retail
- 3+ years leading teams with clear accountability for targets
- Strong commercial acumen using data and KPIs
- Fluent English
- Valid UAE driving license
