We are seeking a collaborative, analytical, and safety-focused Civil Engineer to support design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure and facility projects. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, construction teams, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver safe, cost-effective, and code-compliant civil engineering solutions. This role requires strong technical fundamentals, practical field experience, data-driven problem solving, and a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
المسؤوليات
- Lead civil engineering design activities including site grading, stormwater management, drainage design, earthwork quantities, pavements, utilities, and erosion control
- Prepare, review, and maintain technical drawings, calculations, specifications, P&IDs, and construction documents using CAD and/or BIM tools
- Develop cost estimates, scopes of work, and technical justifications for capital and maintenance projects
- Perform site investigations, survey reviews, and constructability assessments
- Lead or support construction phase activities including contractor coordination, submittal reviews, and site inspections
- Conduct engineering calculations and hydraulic/hydrologic modeling for stormwater conveyance
- Participate in project risk assessments, value engineering, and design reviews
- Coordinate with permitting agencies to secure necessary approvals
- Monitor project performance metrics and prepare reports
- Support development and maintenance of standards and procedures
- Provide training and technical support to field staff and contractors
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or closely related discipline
- 3+ years of civil engineering experience in site development, infrastructure, construction support, or related sectors
- Working knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations (local stormwater ordinances, state DOT standards, OSHA construction safety, and EPA stormwater requirements)
