SOLER’S, established in 2016, is dedicated to providing delicious and healthy everyday snacks. This is a part-time on-site role for a Data Entry Accountant at SOLER’S crackers & more, located in Burj Hammoud. The responsibilities include managing and maintaining accurate financial records by performing data entry and clerical tasks.
المسؤوليات
- Process daily financial transactions
- Input data into accounting software
- Reconcile discrepancies between invoiced quantities and inventory balances
- Prepare financial reports
- Assist with the organization’s bookkeeping activities
- Collaborate with the team to ensure precision and efficiency in audit reporting and administrative work
- Ensure compliance with accounting and taxing principles during data entry
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Strong Analytical Skills, Ability to Reconcile Financial Discrepancies, and Prepare Accurate Financial Reports
- Experience in using accounting and inventory softwares (praxis) is a plus
- Experience in VAT reporting is a plus
- Experience in CNSS forms and calculations is a plus
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is a plus
- Ability to Work Independently and Meet Deadlines in an On-Site Environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Computer literacy
