The ideal candidate possesses a blend of leadership, adaptability, and a passion for developing others. Oversee a wide variety of Quality related aspects of warehouse activities including Inbound, Outbound, inventory, returns and other associated activities.

- Demonstrate interest in understanding Ground operations
- Apply statistical analysis to data from process audits
- Strategically solve problems using RCA tools
- Oversee Quality related aspects of warehouse activities
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of operatives
- Analyze input and output metrics for trainings
- Identify gaps from audit observation and develop action items
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s Degree in Operations management, training or a similar role
- Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce in a related field
