We are currently looking for a Remote Executive Assistant to provide tactical and strategic support to upper-level executives, specifically for the Global GTM Vice President for OSS and Public 5G Solutions. Accountabilities: Perform administrative support tasks for upper executive level employees. Manage calendar maintenance and scheduling appointments. Compile data for reports and assist with budget processes. Prepare expense reports and assist in presentations. Coordinate administrative work within the department. Requirements: High school education or equivalent; college preferred. Minimum of 7+ years of general administrative experience. Proficiency in calendar management and travel arrangements.
