Senior Sales Manager

This role is designed for a high-performing individual contributor responsible for driving new revenue, expanding existing accounts, and building a predictable sales engine. You’ll own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing, delivering strong MRR/ARR growth and consistently achieving quota in Saudi Arabia.

- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets (Quota)
- Drive Net New ARR/MRR growth
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Increase win rates through sharp qualification and deal strategy
- Shorten sales cycle by improving discovery and alignment
- Own the entire sales process from prospecting to close
- Deliver accurate data-backed forecasts
- Engage senior stakeholders and influencers
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
