The Child Protection in Migration Coordination Specialist will act as an expert facilitator to coordinate the IOM, SCI and UNICEF Protection for Migrant Children Joint Program implementation in Egypt. The role involves mapping interventions, developing action plans, and facilitating coordination meetings.
المسؤوليات
- Map child protection migration interventions across key agencies
- Develop a comprehensive action plan to fulfil program objectives
- Organize and co-lead regular coordination meetings
- Facilitate joint planning with focal points from IOM, SCI and UNICEF
- Conduct consultative workshops and technical meetings with national stakeholders
- Strengthen CP national Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and referral pathways
- Assume budget holder responsibilities
- Coordinate the consolidation of inputs for funding proposals
- Produce and compile monthly briefs and quarterly reports
- Maintain relationships with partners and government authorities
المؤهلات
- Relevant master’s degree preferably in migration, social studies, gender etc
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in migration child protection context
- Professional expertise in Child Protection
- Strong understanding of national child protection systems and referral mechanisms in Egypt
- Experience working with government stakeholders
- Strong result-based management experience
- Budget management experience including institutional donors
- Fluency in English and Arabic
