Responsibilities include ensuring all operations are conducted safely and in compliance with HSE standards, leading rig personnel, and managing drilling operations. The Saudi Arabia Night Toolpusher ensures preventive maintenance is carried out and serves as a point of contact for on-site personnel.

- Ensure all operations are conducted safely and in compliance with HSE standards
- Lead and supervise rig personnel, including tasks, priorities, and daily activities
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation
- Define project objectives and develop operational plans
- Oversee and analyze all drilling operations
- Identify and implement updates to operating standards and procedures
- Provide clear, concise communication to the team
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses
- Plan and manage erection, dismantling, and mobilization of drilling rigs
- Coordinate delivery of drilling tools, fuel, water, and materials
- Conduct rig inspections and prepare condition reports
- Monitor equipment and rig condition for preventive maintenance
- Evaluate wellbore conditions and communicate outcomes
- Serve as the main point of contact with on-site operating personnel and client representatives
- Prepare operational reports for management review
