Lead engagement with state and institutional donors in the Gulf region. Bridge crisis analysis and resource mobilization to support UNICEF's humanitarian response priorities.
المسؤوليات
- Lead mapping and prioritization of GCC state and institutional donors
- Develop humanitarian engagement strategies
- Translate crisis analysis into donor-facing funding propositions
- Coordinate preparation of funding proposals and donor reports
- Monitor political and geopolitical dynamics
- Provide strategic support for high-level engagements
- Strengthen funding-relevant accountability frameworks
المؤهلات
- Advanced university degree in International Relations, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in humanitarian political analysis or donor engagement
- Proven experience in geopolitical and conflict analysis
- Fluency in Arabic and English
