DHL Global Forwarding has an opening for an Ocean Operations Manager in Muscat, Oman. You will coordinate Ocean Freight operations and customer service plans in line with business strategy, guiding the team for execution of day-to-day tasks and meeting productivity targets.

- Coach and guide the team for execution of day-to-day tasks
- Identify opportunities to expand business with new clients
- Maintain business relationships with existing clients
- Execute inbound and outbound documentation for all services
