Category Manager, Flowers

Category Manager to lead the setup and end-to-end management of the Flowers category across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. You will define strategy and handle day-to-day operations to scale the category from the ground up.

- Own end-to-end category strategy, assortment, and pricing
- Set up and scale the Flowers category from scratch
- Manage supplier ecosystem (sourcing, onboarding, negotiations)
- Drive category growth through optimized assortment planning
- Collaborate with supply chain for quality control and delivery
- Monitor KPIs including sales, margins, and waste
- Problem-solve category processes and identify innovation opportunities
المؤهلات
- Proven experience managing Flowers or fresh/perishable categories
- Strong knowledge of the UAE and/or Saudi Arabia flowers market
- Experience building or scaling a category in e-commerce or retail
- Strong commercial acumen in negotiations and margin optimization
