We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in UAE real estate. The ideal candidate must come exclusively from a developer-side/Broker side sales environment, with proven experience handling off-plan luxury projects, managing HNWI clients, and consistently meeting ambitious sales targets.

المسؤوليات

  • Drive end-to-end sales for premium residential developments
  • Generate new leads through networking, broker relations, and direct outreach
  • Manage and convert qualified leads into successful transactions
  • Conduct property presentations, site tours, and investment consultations
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and channel partners
  • Maintain updated client records using CRM systems
  • Provide competitor analysis and market insights
  • Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines

المؤهلات

  • Real estate sales with minimum 2–3+ years of sales experience in UAE real estate
  • Experience: Real Estate in UAE: 2 years (Required)
