Recruiting Consultant - Contract

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a contractual basis. This role partners closely with clients and internal stakeholders to manage and execute full-cycle recruiting initiatives while providing thoughtful, strategic guidance.

- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned client roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand goals and timelines
- Source and engage candidates using a variety of methods
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews
- Track recruiting activity and outcomes
المؤهلات
- Minimum of 2-4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience managing multiple recruiting projects simultaneously
- Strong project management and organizational skills
