Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor

The Cost Manager ensures financial control of projects by managing cost planning, procurement, and contract administration throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare cost plans and project budgets. Review and analyze BOQs and contractor proposals. Conduct value engineering and cost optimization studies. Monitor project expenditures and forecast cost variations. Support procurement strategies and contract negotiations. Prepare financial reports and cost tracking dashboards.
