المسؤوليات
- Develop and execute long-term strategies for property acquisition and leasing
- Utilize GIS and financial modeling to assess market trends
- Review occupancy costs and identify expense reduction opportunities
- Collaborate with legal and transaction teams to manage leases
- Act as a liaison between business units and external partners
- Define KPIs for portfolio performance
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 2–5+ years in corporate real estate, strategy consulting, or financial modeling
- Proficient in Excel, GIS software, and data visualization tools
