Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the Administration department. Assist in handling government-related activities and documentation to ensure compliance with Saudi laws and regulations.

المسؤوليات

  • Handle government portal management (Balady, Salama, STC, etc.)
  • Ensure renewals of company licenses and permits
  • Manage STC services and monthly invoices
  • Handle fingerprint enrolment and access card preparation
  • Support general administrative operations and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings and communication with government entities

المؤهلات

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Basic understanding of government compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in managing or learning government portals (Balady, Salama, Saudi post)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication skills in Arabic and English
