Administration Assistant
وصف الوظيفة
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the Administration department. Assist in handling government-related activities and documentation to ensure compliance with Saudi laws and regulations.
المسؤوليات
- Handle government portal management (Balady, Salama, STC, etc.)
- Ensure renewals of company licenses and permits
- Manage STC services and monthly invoices
- Handle fingerprint enrolment and access card preparation
- Support general administrative operations and documentation
- Coordinate meetings and communication with government entities
المؤهلات
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Basic understanding of government compliance requirements
- Proficiency in managing or learning government portals (Balady, Salama, Saudi post)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
