Hartmann Young is partnered with a leading European CDMO within the dietary supplements and consumer health space to appoint a Business Development Manager – Europe. This is a high-impact commercial role suited to an individual who brings a strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
المسؤوليات
- Drive new business development across key European dietary supplement markets
- Own and close high-value, complex CDMO sales opportunities
- Act as a trusted partner to customers
- Build and manage relationships with senior commercial, technical and procurement stakeholders
- Work closely with internal technical, regulatory, quality and operations teams
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and CRM reporting
المؤهلات
- Proven experience selling CDMO or contract manufacturing services
- Track record of closing large-value, complex B2B deals
- Strong technical understanding of dietary supplement manufacturing and regulatory frameworks
- Detail-oriented with pride in delivering service
- Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
