Hartmann Young is partnered with a leading European CDMO within the dietary supplements and consumer health space to appoint a Business Development Manager – Europe. This is a high-impact commercial role suited to an individual who brings a strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals.

المسؤوليات

  • Drive new business development across key European dietary supplement markets
  • Own and close high-value, complex CDMO sales opportunities
  • Act as a trusted partner to customers
  • Build and manage relationships with senior commercial, technical and procurement stakeholders
  • Work closely with internal technical, regulatory, quality and operations teams
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and CRM reporting

المؤهلات

  • Proven experience selling CDMO or contract manufacturing services
  • Track record of closing large-value, complex B2B deals
  • Strong technical understanding of dietary supplement manufacturing and regulatory frameworks
  • Detail-oriented with pride in delivering service
  • Confident engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
