As an SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Associate Manager, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP ECP solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and provide strategic direction to ensure the delivery of innovative and scalable payroll solutions.
المسؤوليات
- Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of SAP ECP solutions
- Analyze and optimize payroll processes for efficiency and compliance
- Partner with clients to gather and analyze payroll requirements
- Integrate SAP ECP with other SAP SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems
- Ensure payroll solutions comply with local labor laws and tax regulations
- Oversee development and execution of test plans
- Provide end-user training and support
- Manage and mentor a team of consultants and analysts
