The Construction Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of McDonald’s store and office construction projects. This includes preparing technical reports, coordinating site surveys, managing equipment and installation processes, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, and evaluating contractor performance.
المسؤوليات
- Prepare soil test technical requirements and initiate purchase requisitions
- Conduct site surveys and prepare engineering site survey reports
- Monitor construction activities and oversee project completion
- Prepare snag lists and follow up on handed-over sites
- Coordinate and control interior, exterior, and equipment installation activities
- Coordinate with consultants to prepare project documentation
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- 2–4 years of experience in a related field
- Bilingual: English & Arabic
