The Sales Engineer is responsible for supporting sales opportunities through technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs), with a strong focus on VMware technologies. The role acts as a trusted technical advisor during the presales phase while ensuring smooth handover and customer satisfaction post-sale. The position works closely with sales, professional services, and support teams to address customer needs, drive adoption, and maximize ROI.

المسؤوليات

  • Drive presales activities by delivering technical presentations, demonstrations, and POCs focused on VMware solutions
  • Participate in customer-facing technical meetings and solution workshops
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and propose VMware-based architectures
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact during the presales phase
  • Support post-sale activities including solution handover and deployment guidance
  • Deliver customer training sessions and contribute to technical documentation
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners
  • Provide technical enablement and mentoring to internal teams and channel partners
  • Monitor customer adoption and recommend enhancements or optimizations
  • Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Presales / Sales Engineering role
  • Strong VMware presales experience is mandatory
  • Based in the Levant region or willing to be based in the Levant
  • Fluent in French (spoken and written) – mandatory
