A prestigious 5-star hotel in Qatar is seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join its team. The role involves supervising and coordinating daily housekeeping operations, inspecting rooms and public areas, assigning duties, training staff, and handling guest requests while coordinating with other departments.
المسؤوليات
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards
- Assign duties to housekeeping staff and monitor productivity and performance
- Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping team members
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments for smooth operations
المؤهلات
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 5-star or luxury hotel
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, standards, and safety practices
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Physically fit and well-groomed
