NVR HR Solutions is hiring an experienced Project Manager to independently lead and deliver high-rise building projects (G+8 and above). This is a hands-on leadership role from site mobilization through final handover.
المسؤوليات
- Take full accountability for project delivery: time, cost, quality, and safety
- Lead day-to-day site execution and manage construction teams
- Plan, track, and control project schedules and budgets
- Handle client coordination, variations, claims, and risk management
- Ensure compliance with authority approvals and HSE regulations
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and final project handover
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- 11–15 years total construction experience
- Minimum 5 years as Project Manager handling high-rise buildings (G+8 and above)
- Proven track record of delivering projects from start to final handover
- Language: Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada or Malayalam
