Deloitte is seeking high-potential candidates to join the Strategy, Risk & Transactions Business Unit as a Corporate Finance Manager. The role involves managing buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, performing financial analysis, and coaching junior team members.
المسؤوليات
- Execution of a range of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
- Preparation of information memorandums and marketing documentation
- Performing financial analysis and valuation for M&A transactions
- Contributing to marketing activities and business development
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members
- Ensuring highest quality service is provided to clients
المؤهلات
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of corporate finance experience with prime strength in Turkish M&A transactions
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of the English language
- Experience of financial modelling, valuation and accounting
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Finance is an asset
