The Store Manager will lead the team to achieve the Retail Objectives, creating an environment that delivers an exceptional customer experience by serving and selling in store and through all digital channels. What you will do: People Development, Sales delivery, Service management, Standards enforcement, and Cost control.
المسؤوليات
- Delivers the respective sales plan for the store
- Lead a selling culture within the team and maximise sales
- Build strong relationships to drive sales performance and provide business feedback
- Maximises stock accuracy & On-shelf Availability
- Manage an effective food fill and top up process
- Ensures accurate and timely implementation of corporate layout and events
- Manages the delivery of the customer service experience
- Resolves customer complaints in a timely manner
- Leads the team to the delivery of Ready to Trade Standards
- Raise the performance and capability of the team through clear accountability and coaching
- Drives the store’s profitability through minimising losses and staff cost management
المؤهلات
- High School Educated (preferably a university degree)
- 4+ years of retail/ F&B sales experience
