Project Manager - Construction (Residential Compounds & Towers) | Saudi Arabia

The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of a single project, including client interface, HSE, human resources, planning, scheduling, engineering development, production, delivery, cost control, and quality control. The role requires sound understanding and implementation of Oracle/Procore systems.
المسؤوليات
- Develop and agree the project execution plan with the project team
- Manage the Cost Versus Allowable process and Commercial interface
- Ensure Project Engineering is managed effectively including deliverables and value engineering
- Manage procurement and long lead item schedules
- Carry out weekly HSE meetings and record concerns
- Carry out weekly Commercial and progress meetings
- Manage Human Resource requirements and Staff & Labour Scheduling
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering
- 18-20 Years of Experience in Constructions and Projects Management
- Proven working experience in large scale projects (Residential Compounds & Towers)
