We're on the lookout for a strategic leader with a proven track record in driving real estate sales success. You will lead and manage an off-plan sales team, ensuring consistent achievement of individual and team sales targets.

  • Lead and manage an off-plan sales team
  • Drive sales of off-plan projects by developing and executing effective sales strategies
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with developers
  • Conduct and oversee professional presentations of off-plan projects
  • Guide and support team members during negotiations
  • Analyze market trends and investor demand
  • Manage escalated client inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations
  • Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members

المؤهلات

  • 4–5 years of experience in real estate, with strong off-plan sales exposure
  • Previous experience in a team leader or senior sales role
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE/Dubai off-plan market
  • Dubai Real Estate: 4 years (Required)
  • Driving License (Required)
