Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Management Specialist to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of their business operations. This role involves analyzing current operational processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service quality.

- Analyze operational procedures and workflows
- Develop and implement process improvements
- Support creation of SOPs and process maps
- Monitor operational KPIs and report trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support implementation of new tools/technologies
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management
