Senior Sales Operations Analyst - UAE

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a critical business partner to regional leadership, elevating sales performance through data-driven insights, operational excellence, and strategic execution. You will partner closely with the METCA Leadership Team and support the METCA field sales teams by delivering high-quality analytics, operational rigour, and strategic insight.

- Serve as a strategic trusted partner to the EMEA Theatre Sales Operations Leader
- Support and continuously improve forecasting, pipeline management, and planning processes
- Drive sales excellence and enable field teams on quoting, booking, and forecasting
- Collaborate with sales leadership to identify bottlenecks and streamline processes
- Maintain high levels of SFDC hygiene
- Partner cross-functionally with Deal Desk, Finance, and Regional Ops teams
- Track and report on sales performance across districts, segments, and business categories
المؤهلات
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, FP&A, Commercial Operations, or another analytical role supporting EMEA markets
- Experience working in a multinational or high-technology company is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related discipline preferred
