المسؤوليات
- Lead FS operational excellence stream to enhance products efficiency
- Manage & Govern reporting requests from bank and central bank
- Set operational framework with internal stakeholders like DWH and Big Data
- Design & Lead all automation projects related to reporting
- Lead FS Marketing requests and top management adhoc reports
- Maintain 100% VF Cash Channels Availability
- Fix variance causes and manage customer disputes
المؤهلات
- Good Banking/ Fintech hands on experience
- Strong knowledge of Mobile Payments Eco system and Fintech market landscape
- Excellent Analytical & Presentation Skills
