RWRSA - Cluster Sales Coordinator

The Cluster Sales Coordinator provides administrative and organizational support to the Sales team across Rosewood AMAALA and Rosewood Red Sea. Based remotely in Riyadh, this role ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations, polished communication, and timely coordination across the cluster.
المسؤوليات
- Provide daily administrative support to the Sales team
- Manage shared sales inboxes, phone inquiries, and internal communications
- Prepare sales documents, presentations, contracts, and reports
- Maintain accurate client and account records in CRM systems
- Coordinate logistics for sales trips, trade shows, and client visits
- Assist with B2B promotions and digital sales initiatives
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Sales Coordinator or similar role within hospitality
