Contract Manager

The Contract Manager – Commercial will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of commercial contracts related to Automation, SCADA, IoT, and Industry 4.0 digitalization projects and services to Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Water, Infrastructure and many more. The role requires strong expertise in contract negotiation, commercial risk management, bid preparation, and materials procurement associated with automation and digital transformation solutions.

- Manage the complete contract lifecycle from tender stage to project closeout.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial contracts, subcontracts, and service agreements.
- Ensure contracts align with company commercial policies, legal standards, and project objectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
- Administer contract variations, claims, change orders, and dispute resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, milestones, and deliverables.
- Lead the commercial review of tenders for Automation, SCADA, IoT, and Industry 4.0 projects.
- Prepare commercial proposals including pricing strategies, cost structures, and contractual terms.
- Coordinate with technical, engineering, procurement, and finance teams during bid preparation.
- Provide contractual guidance to project managers and engineering teams.
المؤهلات
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial contract management.
- Strong expertise in bid preparation and commercial evaluation of automation-related materials.
- Experience working in project-driven industrial environments.
