Novelus is seeking an Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager for a client in KSA. The role focuses on driving growth in the Digital & Technology sector through staffing solutions, including permanent hiring and contract staffing.
المسؤوليات
- Identify and win new business in the Digital & Technology sector
- Sell staffing solutions including contract and project-based resourcing
- Build relationships with C-level, HR, and technology leaders
- Develop account plans and maintain accurate pipeline reporting
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums
المؤهلات
- Native or fluent Arabic; strong English skills
- Proven experience in business development within staffing or recruitment
- Strong understanding of the Digital & Technology market in Saudi Arabia
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia
