We are seeking highly skilled Project Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives across the organization. You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and the unique operational demands of the oil & gas industry.
المسؤوليات
- Lead end-to-end project management for digital transformation initiatives
- Establish clear project charters, structured project plans, and KPIs
- Apply Agile project management methodologies
- Manage cross-functional teams spanning IT, OT, and data science
- Manage organizational change to ensure adoption
المؤهلات
- 10+ years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent formal PM qualifications
