Lead end‑to‑end post‑trade custody operations in Saudi Arabia, spanning clearing & settlement, cash & FX operational support, corporate actions/income, reconciliations, and client onboarding / account set‑up. You will drive service excellence, strong risk & control discipline, and regulatory adherence across the KSA post‑trade ecosystem.
المسؤوليات
- Own daily settlement processing for Saudi Exchange trades
- Reconcile client instructions and Muqassa clearing outcomes
- Monitor fails and manage aged items
- Ensure funding readiness for DvP settlement
- Manage end‑to‑end asset servicing (corporate actions)
- Lead operational onboarding and account set-up
- Lead and develop a small‑to‑mid sized operations team
- Build and own KPI/MIS for post‑trade performance
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (Master’s/MBA preferred)
- 10–12 years’ experience across settlement, custody operations, and FX
- 3+ years people management experience
- Strong knowledge of post‑trade risk & controls
- Working knowledge of SWIFT
