Maximus KSA is seeking a highly experienced Proposal & Capture Manager to lead the full lifecycle of opportunities—from early capture strategy through to successful bid submission and transition to operations.
المؤهلات
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading proposal development and opportunity capture processes
- Proven experience delivering winning proposals within the Saudi market
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Political Science, Journalism, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholders
- Strong bilingual proposal writing and editing skills (Arabic & English)
