The Assistant Manager, Public Relations Officer (PRO) will be responsible for managing and executing visa, work permit, social insurance, and regulatory compliance processes for employees across 8 countries in the MENA region. This role will act as a key liaison between the organization and government authorities, immigration offices, and external service providers, ensuring full compliance with local labour and immigration regulations.

- Manage and execute all visa, work permit, residency, and immigration-related processes across MENA countries
- Coordinate with government authorities, embassies, and immigration offices
- Maintain accurate tracking of visa statuses, renewals, and expirations
- Manage social insurance, pension, and statutory benefit registrations
- Act as the primary point of contact with labor offices and immigration departments
- Support company registrations and renewals
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on visa and social insurance matters
- Maintain records, trackers, and documentation for audits
المؤهلات
- 5–8 years of experience in a PRO, government relations, or people operations role
- Hands-on experience managing visas, work permits, and social insurance within the MENA region
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, immigration regulations, and government procedures
- UAE national with a family book
