National Business Development Manager - Canada

BainUltra is seeking a National Business Development Manager to build its presence in Canada, particularly in the project and specification world (hotels, luxury condos). The role focuses on developing relationships with architecture firms and real estate developers while supporting Canadian dealers. This is a high-agency building role for a candidate with an existing design network.
المسؤوليات
- Develop relationships with architecture firms, interior designers, and real estate developers
- Get specified on hotel projects, luxury condos, and high-end residences
- Manage and develop relationships with Canadian dealers
- Identify territorial growth opportunities and support rep agencies
- Represent BainUltra at design industry events
المؤهلات
- 5+ years experience in the specification/project world
- Existing network in the Canadian design/architecture community
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work autonomously in the field
- Experience with high-end plumbing/finishing products is an asset
