- Greet customers and create a positive first impression
- Ensure VIP visitors are comfortable
- Channel client requirements to the appropriate sales team members
- Manage the reception process and client appointment system
- Coordinate instore client celebrations
- Manage the roster of the hospitality team
- Ensure timely replenishment of boutique hospitality supplies
