Oversee and support end-to-end human resources operations within a fast-paced clinical environment for a leading medical clinics group in Riyadh. The role ensures compliance with Saudi Labor Law and healthcare regulations while driving consistent HR practices across multiple locations.
المسؤوليات
- Supervise daily HR operations across clinics
- Lead HR improvement initiatives
- Implement and monitor HR policies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee use of HRIS systems and digital tools
- Manage employee relations activities including onboarding and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with healthcare HR regulations
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and Saudization requirements
