In-Store Excellence Supervisor

We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused In-Store Excellence Supervisor to ensure flawless in-store execution across all retail channels in KSA. Responsibilities include driving Perfect Store standards and visual merchandising excellence.
المسؤوليات
- Drive and monitor Perfect Store standards across all retail channels
- Ensure visual merchandising excellence and brand compliance
- Conduct regular in-store audits and track execution gaps
- Coordinate in-store asset deployment and ensure SOP compliance
- Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and activations
- Maintain planograms using Nielsen Spaceman
- Provide accurate tracking and execution reporting
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in FMCG (in-store execution / merchandising / sales support)
- Fluency in English & Arabic
