Tender Coordinator - Arabic Speaker

Key responsibilities include reviewing tender notices, preparing documentation, and coordinating inputs from various teams.

المسؤوليات

  • Review tender notices, RFQs, and bid invitations
  • Prepare, compile, and format tender documentation
  • Coordinate inputs from technical, commercial, legal, and finance teams
  • Manage pre-qualification and registration documents with ministries
  • Maintain an organized database of tenders
  • Prepare standard documents such as quotations and proposals
  • Monitor tender addenda and client communications
  • Follow up on submitted tenders and record results

المؤهلات

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • 2–5 years’ experience in tendering, proposals, sales coordination, or contracts administration
  • Strong knowledge of tender procedures and documentation used in Qatar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
