Key responsibilities include reviewing tender notices, preparing documentation, and coordinating inputs from various teams.
المسؤوليات
- Review tender notices, RFQs, and bid invitations
- Prepare, compile, and format tender documentation
- Coordinate inputs from technical, commercial, legal, and finance teams
- Manage pre-qualification and registration documents with ministries
- Maintain an organized database of tenders
- Prepare standard documents such as quotations and proposals
- Monitor tender addenda and client communications
- Follow up on submitted tenders and record results
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- 2–5 years’ experience in tendering, proposals, sales coordination, or contracts administration
- Strong knowledge of tender procedures and documentation used in Qatar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
