The Sales Associate supports the sales team in executing routine sales activities within the IT solutions domain, including cloud, infrastructure, and Microsoft technologies.
المسؤوليات
- Assist in executing sales activities for IT solutions
- Maintain and update CRM records for leads and account activities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations using approved templates
- Conduct initial prospect research and collect customer information
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams
- Track internal approvals and ensure documentation readiness
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or business development support
