Insulation Estimation Engineer

The Insulation Estimation Engineer is responsible for preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for thermal insulation works in oil & gas maintenance projects. The role includes conducting site visits and coordinating with procurement for material quotations.
المسؤوليات
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and BOQs
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and client standards
- Conduct site visits to assess insulation conditions and verify quantities
- Develop rate analysis for insulation manpower, materials, cladding, and consumables
- Coordinate with procurement for material and subcontractor quotations
- Support preparation of technical and commercial tender submissions
- Prepare variation and additional work estimates
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and HSE standards
المؤهلات
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years experience in thermal insulation estimation for oil & gas maintenance projects
