Property Consultant

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market and a passion for sales and client relationship management.
المسؤوليات
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, portals, and company databases
- Conduct property viewings and provide market insights to clients
- Negotiate offers, close deals, and ensure smooth transaction processes
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
- Stay updated with current market trends, pricing, and legal requirements
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
المؤهلات
- Minimum 2 years of real estate experience in the UAE (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of Dubai property market and RERA regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
